Multiple Sclerosis

When a friend asked me if it would stop my 4 year old daughter to accompany his Multiple Sclerosis walk, I hesitated not OK. My friend was diagnosed with this disease for more than 5 years and is a test of self-improvement and strength daily; She controls his illness and not upside down. Two primary elements of my pregnancy that have been key for the walk are exercise and rest.
